The A.V. Club spent their entire review comparing the new New Pornographers album, Brill Bruisers, to my favorite NewPo’s song, “The Bleeding Heart Show.” Obviously, there’s approximately a zero chance that I won’t purchase and love the new record, but the repeated references made me want to hear the old tune and it would be very rude of me not to share, right?
